Terms and Conditions for Personal Assistant Services

 

Effective Date: 1st May 2025

1. Services Provided

The Personal Assistant (“PA”) offers administrative, organisational, and lifestyle support services to clients. Services may include scheduling, travel arrangements, personal errands, and other agreed-upon tasks.

2. Service Hours

Unless a home visit is specifically arranged and agreed upon by both the PA and the Client, the PA will complete tasks at their preferred working times, while ensuring all assignments are fulfilled within the agreed-upon deadlines.

As a general rule, the PA is available for contact during the following business hours:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and necessary access to perform tasks.

The PA is not liable for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

The PA is not liable for delays in task completion caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary information or materials in a timely manner.

4. Fees and Payment

The Personal Assistant service offered is not a concierge service. Clients are required to commit to a minimum number of service hours per month, during which the PA will perform agreed-upon tasks.

The minimum monthly commitment is 6 hours, with the following pricing structure:

  • 6 hours/month pack: CHF 750

  • 8 hours/month pack: CHF 950

  • 10 hours/month pack: CHF 1,150

  • Additional hours: CHF 150 per hour

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 1 month in advance.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of the service provider.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential. The PA agrees not to disclose any personal, financial, or sensitive information without the client’s consent, unless required by law.

7. Limitations of Liability

The PA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 1 month written notice. The notice must be sent by email to Hello@myfamilyassistant.ch

Outstanding balances must be paid upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
